I've trained myself to identify tiny, petite women as a threat -- and many certainly can be. When videos like this are shown, I clearly remember why I do what I do in public and apologize to no one. A fellow in Houston became enraged at me because I was going too slow for him. When we hit the traffic light and stopped, he came out of his van toward me cursing. I already had my piece drawn and in my lap. When he was about 20 feet away, I hollered, "Stay calm and stay alive."
If he had something to use, he left it in the van (I'm small, so he probably figured he didn't need it.). So, when he was all of 2-3 seconds from being shot dead because I was afraid for my life, he backed up (still cursing), got in the van and his friend drove him away to live another day. That's not a fictional story.
That's not bad. I may substitute it for my standard, 'I don't want any trouble so stay away' said loud enough so there are plenty of witnesses.
Dang. He wasn't even that close to him. It looks like he just lunged and swung. Poor guy.
Really sad. Payback will be much sadder for the perp, I suspect. What goes around, comes around.

Police: North Texas Thief Caught in Waco
They've arrested this guy in Waco for a similar crime but suspect him in this case. Hope they got the right guy. His liquor store attack is even more brutal. Video link above.

You're probably right, and that's why our hero here chose a grandmother as his next victim. Didn't wanna take any unnecessary chances, ya know.
