I can't load the video either. From what I am reading I assume he is black. I'm also going to guess that the victim is black but it doesn't say that either.

They did show a bank robber on the news tonight here in Austin. He was black in the picture so they felt safe to say he was black in the description. Around here if they can show the picture they say the race. We also seem to have a very high rate of bank robbers around here...of all races.
