Fox News Pulls for the Democrat Harold Ford Campaign
Posted on 11/03/2006 5:02:42 PM PST by BrerRabbit
Shepard Smith on the Fox Report, 7:45-49 p.m. ET, just gave Harold Ford a solid 5 minutes to trash his Republican opponent Harold Corker. Smith had Corker on briefly earlier and repeatedly trashed him for a "racist" ad featuring a blonde bimbo. Even after Corker reminded Smith that the ad wasn't his, Smith continued his tirade about "racism" and the GOP.
Yeah, Fox is a "conservative" channel.

>"I don't even have a TV anymore." I just play video games on mine now!
Why the H377 would anyone "want" to give any money to "them"??? Shut off the cable/satellite, you can get all your news, and entertainment, faster and more accurate, than a teleprompter communist idiot could ever think possible.

It's rovian reverse psychology. Rove knows democrats hate Fox news, and won't listen to anything they say. So Fox looks like it supports Ford, and the democrats stay home.

Shep didn't get the blonde bimbo ad because Shep wishes HE were the blonde bimbo.

I never felt Fox news was "conservative". I always understood it to be fair and balanced.
I was just tickled to finally see BOTH sides of an issue discussed when the Fox News Channel came along.
I came of age with Walter Cronkite and Eric Sevareid on CBS. So I'm old enough to remember that the conservative viewpoint was shut out of the national dialog; it was as if there was just one party in America; a party not explicitly referred to in newscasts as "the good guys"--but it was understood.
And then there were references to shadowy figures with ominous intent that the "good guys" were always fighting on behalf of the people, to protect them--the little guys--from the shadowy, ominous figures.
It was like that on every broadcast channel and every news venue and even on entertainment programming. Man, it was brutal. Until Rush came along and until Fox came along, and then the growth of the Internet...and the rest is history (still being written).

Shepard Smith is just another little punk who's incapable of having an intellectually honest debate. Instead he relies on interruption, talking over, yelling and generally acting like just another little punk who's incapable of having an intellectually honest debate. Who ever said that Shep Smith is a conservative? Definitely not me. He's such a panty-wearing metrosexual. He and Ted Haggard would probably make a good couple.

Anyone just see Ford on Hannity and Colmes? He was actually pausing and looking down at notes?!!??! Doesn't even remember where he stands on issues.
