Go back and read my post. I included that. The world is not bound by this, the elders are. When someone brings an accusation, with 2 or 3 witnesses, it should be publicly dealt with. In this case, no doubt they did not go solely on the testimony of one, but rather Haggard's own testimony and likely others.
