The Catholic saints who spoke prophetically of this always reckon Nero as an anti-Christ in the apostolic period, and then at "the end of the age" there would be numbers of anti-Christs ready to rise unless people repented of their sins against God and returned to Christ. St. Vincent Ferrer lived in such a period in which Europe returned to Christ through his preaching and that of others.
The two reckoned in Catholic prophecies as part of a demonic trinity of anti-Christs are Napoleon, Hitler, and the last one who will present himself as Universal Savior or the World Teacher.
