I know someone very dear to me who had this problem...same guilt for eating anything. We nearly lost her, but 5 years later she is doing fine. We are looking forward to Thanksgiving. I am so very glad that you are doing well.
How very kind of you! I'm likewise very glad that your dear one is better. I don't know what caused this and I have to correct myself when I sometimes wish I were like that again. Starving myself cased me to have trouble dieting now and also to have really poor periodontal health. But I knew some who had their hair even fall out!
Funny you mentioned Thanksgiving. I was talking about this earlier and some friends told me I should eat what I like for T-day. I'm overweight now but I've lost 15 lbs. in 3 mos. That's a healthy rate vs. 40 lbs. in 2 mos.
