Let’s look at the post that began the brouhaha, post 17:

In California to throw any object at a moving vehicle is a felony.

Just reporting the facts as they exist.

Where would the bleeding hearts be if the SUV driver had swerved his vehicle because he was surprised and ran over and killed another innocent child.

Rational question to ask in today’s world. However, it could confuse and anger those who lead with their hearts, and not their heads. Not sure if that includes you, but it undoubably includes JV, based on her hysteria.

That young adult's actions had consequences.

Feel free to elaborate, but this also seems straight forward and rational for all but Leftists and other irrational people.

Maybe he'd still be around today if his parents would have raised him to respect the law and other people's property.

Again, blood in the water for those whose hearts override their minds. JV is there, where are you?

No sorrow here.

Now THERE’S a capper if there ever was one. I suspect it was that statement that sent you and JV completely around the bend.

============

So we’re not sorry that a (most likely) gang banger is dead.

And for THAT you stand on the overpass and drop a verbal rock on me as I drive by?!!!

You and JV obviously let your hearts override any reading comprehension abilities and common sense you might have.

I had no desire to exchange any words with JV. Her posts are those of an idiot.

You were reduced to misrepresenting my position, just as JV misrepresented Plains Drifters', either purposely or by accident. Without this false portral, your posts also look like those of a raving idiot.

"Rational question to ask in today’s world."

The "rational questions" were posed to diminish the heinousness of the act of running down a 14 y/o and murdering him. He was murdered! His life was taken in a vicious way w/o just cause! It's that simple. The questions were posed as they were to imply just cause existed and the murder was understandable.

Re: That young adult's actions had consequences.

" Feel free to elaborate, but this also seems straight forward and rational for all but Leftists and other irrational people."

What is rational is to note and realize that a murder was committed here. That there was no just cause for the action, not in the slightest. The responsibility for the murder belongs entirely to the murderer, not the victim. The consequences of throwing an egg at a car do not include being murdered. Do you understand that?

"So we’re not sorry that a (most likely) gang banger is dead."

It doesn't look like it understand it at all, because all you've done is attempt to demean the murdered 14 y/o victim. I note your distinct failure to comprehend the viciousness of the adult's behavior in chasing the kid down and killing him. It was completely unjustified!
