It isn't rocket science, it's just common sense, common courtesy and good manners (most of which hollywood is severely lacking.

She was not invited to behave herself like an ill-bred lout. Like the man said..."when in Rome..."
Maybe she thinks because she has money she does not need poise or manners, but she should know that money and breeding are NOT the same. Oh well, HOLLYWOOD rich losers, what do you expect.

There is an instruction sheet with the basic rules: "Never be the first to speak to the king - wait till he deigns to notice and address you. Do not fidget. Bow [or curtsy]. Do not be late." and the rest of it.
