If Medicaid dentists weren't so hard to find.

If his mother hadn't been focused on getting a dentist for his brother, who had six rotted teeth.

Well, which is it? She found a dentist for his brother. This is just poor parenting, poor dental hygiene and stupidity. ER's will take you even if you can't pay...and apparently she was able to hospitalize him, unfortunately, too late for the child.

I do not think the ER will pull a tooth. I would hope they could refer someone to a dentist immediately, or call one for you though.
