Nope, it was the weekend (this came on Friday night) and I tried every freaking place in the phone book I could find, even tried Michigan State's school of dentistry and couldn't get a hold of anyone to take him. Finally on late Sunday night I got a hold of our dentist and he called in an antiobiotic and pain meds to get him through til the morning. It was horrible.

That happened to my parents while they were in Mexico. Also a nightmare, and then some.

Good for you. I mean, not good, but I commend you for putting everything aside and taking care of the kid first and foremost.
This woman could have done the same but she is LAZY. She sat and waited for the gubment and ended up waiting to long. Now she's the victim.
Your kid will be fine because you took responsibility. But I didn't see a news story about your plight.

That happened to my wife once. I just grabbed a pair of tooth extractors and pulled her tooth out. Didn't hurt a bit.
Everyone should have a pair of those in case of an emergency.

Try copious amounts of Wild Turkey, or Jack Daniels next time. It really does work.
