DNA has become the accepted proof of paternity.

Remember that Howard said his "relationship" with Anna was not "exclusive" in Seidlin's court.

You can't do "tacking" if a relationship is interrupted. After every "interruption", the clock is turned to "0". Howard may not be able to use the 280 day rule either.

Someone else mentioned on TMZ or somewhere that Howard Marshall's son should be exhumed...and probably methadone would be found in his system...tooo strange...Marshall's son, Anna's son, and then Anna herself...all within a year....don't ya think?

I think that's stretching. Pierce Marshall died at sixty-something of an infection. His family has the resources to find out what happened to him, if they were suspicious. Which they're not, because they have no reason to be.

Besides, as far as I know, there's no evidence Stern and the Marshalls ever even met in person, which would make it sorta difficult for Stern to off one of them.

Well the appeal on the paternity arguments start shortly if they have not already started. - 10am was the time set for today.

Each side I believe gets 10 minutes.

LARRY Birkhead. Until recently almost not one breathing living soul, except for his mum and the specialists who cut and highlight his hair, ever heard of him.

And now a household name due to heading the masses who claim they fathered Baby Danielynn, the tiny being with the possibly big inheritance who emanated from the very busy loins of Anna Nicole Smith.

I mean, talk of a toll road. Barring Carson Kressley and maybe George Michael, we're into Lincoln Tunnel traffic.

So, with DNA etc., etc., Birkhead need not worry, right? Wrong. Despite his thumbs up and V-for-Victory signs and shaking hands with what's-his-face Howard K. Stern and smiling confidently for the cameras, he is obviously anticipating heavy-duty problems.

I say that because he's having meetings and conversations and phone calls with HIRSCH MANNES. To you that won't mean anything, to me that won't mean anything. To Los Angeles that will mean plenty. Because they're mean DIVORCE LAWYERS. Matrimonial pit bulls.

I'll add to that last post:

Howard's goodness in letting Larry and Virgi near the baby wasn't just and "ILLUSION".

It was an act of cruelty upon Larry and Virgi...Kinda like giving someone ONE potato chip.

This wonderfully stated comment by the poster expresses what I was thinking yesterday.  We've chased our tails in all directions after being prompted by bits of information.  Names, places, dates, drugs, attorneys, events and witness/authority statements have become so numerous and varied they've distracted from what's at the core of the ANS/DS demise.

IMO, the nucleus consists of Stern, Eroshevich and Rale.  Each made an essential contribution to achieving the objective which was financial gain through the exploitation of ANS.   ANS was a part of this to the extent that she participated in her own exploitation as far as what she was privy to and comprehended.  Her lack of education, desire for fame and marriage to a billionaire made her the perfect target, until they began to lose control.
