No ones going to do a pro-bono for Howard unless Howard has a video. No one would do a contingency on this case either. It's most likely per hour with intermediate draws. It gives Howard the ability to TRUMP them: "You're Fired"

Anna Nicole: Her Former Friend's Past Arrest

Anna Nicole Smith's former friend Ben Thompson spent time in a federal prison camp.

ET uncovers the prison past of one of the players in the Anna Nicole Smith saga.

ET reveals that BEN THOMPSON, the man who claims to own the Bahamian home where ANNA NICOLE SMITH last lived and where HOWARD K. STERN currently resides, spent nearly three years behind bars in the late eighties.

Thompson spent part of his sentence in a federal prison camp in Montgomery, Alabama for conspiracy to import marijuana and filing a fraudulent tax return.

He was released in 1988.

Unfortunately, It may come out of Howard's ET contract.

And it may be that the contract is illegal if in fact he has been using Anna's "stuff" to obtain the monies. In other words, the photographs of Danny, Mom and baby are deemed hers and part of her estate. You just can't walk in and take stuff from and estate and sell them like they were yours.

Try this example...I'm a furniture friend and made Anna a coach. Anna dies and her "friend" who was living in her house, takes it and sells it. It was part of her estate though and rightfully belonged to her heir. He "stole" the couch.
