I think Shelley has filled the authorities in on what he learned from the computers, but I haven't heard that authorities have been able to access.
I don't think he was in possession of the computers long enough to learn everything that might be on them and perhaps doesn't have the expertise to extract info that might have been erased . . . like the authorities do.
I just went back and she was feeding them. Now she sat back down. My daughter said, "Can you imagine just sitting there all day long...no computer, no TV."
I guess could be worried about the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine.

I am hoping they have found some way around that. Shelley's argument is that the taking of the computers was not illegal, but it's what Anna wanted.

The right amount of drugs can help you through all your pain.
Bahamian laws are aligned with English law. US law will not apply in the seizure of the computer from her Bahamian residence.

That's right -- so the exclusionary rule won't even be a factor if they proceeding that way. So no reason to think they aren't aware of what's on those computers then. Great.
I'm going to write the script for the day of Anna's death. We can fiddle with the times after but let's start here.

9:00 AM Anna is on an empty stomach. Anna and Howard are alone. (KE left the day before). Anna is nude giving Howard access to every part of her body and she is covered to keep her warm. Howard gives her a downer and she starts to relax.
9:30 Moe pokes his head in the door and says he's going to breakfast with Taz. Anna is moving around but she didn't say ok...or anything to Mo and apparently is asleep.
Howard has two hour MAX!!
10:00 Howard gives her more meds.
10:30 He gives her more meds.
10:45 He gives her more meds. She is now struggling for her life and totally helpless.
11:15 Howard gives her the final "Killer Dose". A couple of minutes later, Anna is dead.
11:30 He checks her carotic(sp) artery and leaves the bedroom taking "evidence" with him. (What???)
11:35 Howard goes to Taz and Moe's room next door. Eric and Brigitte arrives.
Howard now had his little Cast together IN ONE ROOM...Moe's and "Directed" everyone's movements that morning.
Howard gives everyone HIS schedule for the day. Eric and Brigitte decide to grab a quick lunch since Anna is sleeping.
After checking on Anna once more ( she's dead) and deeming her asleep, Howard says: "Taz...You stay with Anna. Mo, you said you had to go someplace...Now's a good time. I'v got my 1:00 appointment at the boat(20-30 minutes away).
Between 12:15 & 12:30, everyone had left the hotel except Taz.
I'm speculating that Brigitte WAS NOT in the suite the whole time with Taz because that would leave Eric alone and that befuddles me.
I would guess that Eric and Brigitte had a key to Mo's room. After lunch, Eric went to that room and Brigitte went to see Anna and Taz...It's a girl thing.
So, (IMO) it was not until Brigitte came back from lunch an hour or so later that she checked on Anna because she expected her to be awake. (A little after 1:00).
That might explain why Taz became the main character and spokesperson who had watched over Anna and we didn't find out about Brigitte until much later.
Was Taz really as close (in proximity to her bed) to Anna as we have been told?? I don't think so.
So many questions. So many lies and MEDIA misinformation to overcome.
But, what I can see, is the very same pattern in relation to Daniel's death...beginning (right after the Danny, mommy, baby pictures) until 6:30 AM with him helping his mom and confirmed by a witness (morning rounds).Howard has TWO HOURS MAX.Howard gives him a dose of something and waits for him to "get tired".....then meds...meds...meds....By 8:00-8:30, he's dead.
In both cases, Howard is with Anna and Daniel ALONE for the approximate 2 hour period before the ACTUAL time of death.
Man, that was exhausting. I'm going to put it in a file so I can modify it.

Anna Nicole Death Mystery Solved! Inside the Police files:
Those responsible for the death of Anna Nicole are the same people who were supposed to care for her the most - her lawyer and her doctors - say friends of the model.
Their shocking opinion is part of a renewed police investigation into the death of the former Playboy cover girl.
Dr. Joshua Perper's preliminary finding - was that pneumonia with drug involvement caused her death. But when Perper received more test results he found a lethal "cocktail of drugs" in Anna Nicole's body, a combination he believed no one would ingest by accident.
The drugs, he than concluded, supplanted penumonia as the mechanism of her death. And her live-in lawyer Howard k. Stern, in secret meetings with Perper, explained that Anna Nicole had frequently talked about suicide in the months before she died.
The drug cocktail discovery is the so-called "surprise" that Perper recently announced. "Stern kept telling Perper that Anna talked about taking her own life on numerous occasions following the death of her son Daniel, And Perper believed Stern."
But the cops didn't. The Seminole Indian police force, which has jurisdiction over the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. had been gathering evidence that pointed to possible criminal wrongdoing. And they told Perper his suicide theory might be dead wrong.
Stern and at least two doctors who prescribed painkillers and other medications for Anna have had their actions reviewed by police.
Stern knew Anna was doing a lot of drugs; he was around her constantly. Some people close to Anna see him as an enabler and believe he shares responsibility for her death because, at the very least, he couldn't get her off drugs.
During an investigative trip to Nassau, the Seminoles were told an employee of Anna's that she had accused Stern on more than on occasion of causing her son Daniel's death. The Seminoles were also informed that Stern was ignoring common sense by not stopping Anna's access to a battery of drugs she said she need to cope with Daniel's death
At least one witness has said that he believes Stern flushed pills taken from the young man's pockets down a toilet, saying he was "taking care of a problem."
The computers are a key part of their probe. They contain information about prescriptions and private physicians, emails between Anna and friends, Anna and her lawyers, Anna and Stern, and other personal details of her life.
Ford Shelley - whose father-in-law G. Ben Thompson owns the Bahamas home where Anna lived - took the computers on the day she died and later handed them over to the Seminoles.
Shelley told the Enquirer that Anna gave him instructions to "take my computer and stop it from getting in the wrong hands" if she suddenly died. She seemed convinced something would happen to her".
A pad of prescription blanks belonging to one of the doctors, a woman, "was found in the Bahamas house.
Dr. Kapoor, who prescribed methadone for Anna while she was pregnant... could be another target of the Seminole investigation.... The sources think Kapoor was starstruck over Anna. "He could never stop bragging that he was Anna's doctor.
"I think Stern was the enabler, giving her the drugs. The doctors did nothing to stop her from taking the drugs and kept prescribing them. I'd say they're the ones responsible for her death, pure and simple.
Like I said, my memory is foggy- TMI. I did hear Gina say what she said, and I did hear Howard on that tape directing the girl to a phone that worked. If I heard wrong, then, well, I'm wrong :)

I tuned in at 4pm EDT, and she was in the process of feeding them. I'm just wondering if it's like a zoo where there are specific feeding times. She was standing up and picking up something at the left side of the nest.
the 'mistake' was, admitting that the wendys, was 'like a 7-ll type store' - Daniel had three or four over-the-counter 'cold' and 'sedative' medications in his system in addition to the three or four prescription drugs...the only place Daniel would have been able to obtain that, would be at a '7-11 type store'...but.... Daniel never left the room ...and...HowardDearest tells us that when he picked Daniel up from the airport they drove 'straight to the hospital'. not passing go, not collecting $200....and not stopping for nyquil....HowardDearest should have written his lies down, he's having a hard time keeping them straight, eh? (grin)
p.s., you asked earlier about when Daniel was to fly back...well, dear HowardDearest stated in an interview that Daniel had 'come out to live...to go to school...' My guess? if Daniel couldn't get his mom to move back home, he was going to stay...(and kick Howard to the curb)....

third ps. - yes, I am convinced HowardDearest and Dr. Khrisvorkian were in collusion - Moe's alleged statement to Tony Potts pretty much cinched that up for me, but it doesn't take a rocket scientest to realize that publically exhibiting Anna as a doped up addict was a ruse.
