BTW, I suspect the appeals court sanctioned Stern with the "frivolous" charge, because he wasted the courts time saying that the DNA cheek swab wasn't as accurate as a blood test ...WHICH IS BULL CRAP and not true. They're both the same, as was most assuredly explained by the DNA expert at the hearing.

It seems they were so upset because supposedly both he and Larry petitioned the court for the DNA testing...only difference was the doctor each requested. So, to first ask the court for something and then, when you don't get the doctor you want, to come back and challenge the test (THAT YOU ALREADY ASKED FOR) kind of seems like a waste of time to the court.
I couldn't believe (well, yes I can) that ET has run a clip several times saying - including putting it in writing on the screen - "taking a swab is degrading to human beings."

How many "human beings" are being swabbed here besides Dannielynn and Larry?
