I respectfully disagree on the basis of these facts:
1) Daniel was no longer living at the house;
2) Anna wrote in one particular email, that she had 'changed the locks three times' and, further, installed a 'security alarm' back in January 06, attempting, she said, to "keep (LB)" out. Those (four) separate events in Jan 06, would have effectively locked Daniel out of any access;
3) Anna had no plans to return to the house any year soon, and with KE on speed-dial, didn't need an (expired) 'stash' that could possibly be 'found' by Opri's client.
4) Anna herself didnt' think that Daniel was 'on drugs'. In fact, she was so surprised at the original autopsy, that she brought in Wecht because she didnt' believe it. If Anna had any doubt that Daniel was abusing drugs, she'd have changed her will or at least said something to someone, since Daniel would be the direct-line guardian of DL(as of age 21) and recipient of Anna's estate if Anna died in childbirth, after all. JMO and thanks for the mental challenge your questions always pose :)

The father and almost 8mo daughter are still in KY with his family; LB said he attended the Derby because it was 'a long-standing committment' and that a nanny is helping him take care of DL, but that, quote, "I am very hands-on, changing her diapers, getting up with her in the middle of the night and so forth," end quote.
On the issue of DL's citizenship, quote 'She is a U.S. citizen, i got her U.S. passport on the day we left the Bahamas. She is registered now as a foreign-born U.S. citizen. But as I understand Bahamian law, LB says, when she reaches 18, she can also apply for Bahamian citizenship based on her birth there.
On whether there is any deal between LB and Stern, quote 'There are no behind the scenes negotiations between me and Howard. Once the paternity issue was resolved in my favor, as I knew it would be, it wasn't my choice to be in the Bahamas. I was stuck there, by Virgie's legal actions and I needed a place for the baby to stay. She was safe and comfortable in the Horizons' house and I didn't have any other place to take her other than a hotel and again, Virgie was 'holding us hostage' in the Bahamas. At a hearing slated for mid-week, it is expected that Stern will get the heave-ho, even as his old pal, the immigration minister, faces hot water, as brother Fred reports:
"Tomorrow, Hubert Ingram, the new Bahamian PM, is going to be sworn in, and he promises big changes in the way his govt is going to handle the ANS saga. First of all, they vowed to investigate why Anna was allowed to fast-track her immigration status. There are allegations of cash frauds and other kickbacks to Shane Gibson the Immigration Minister, who was caught in a compromising position with the model."
