Nadine Alexie, 37, and Quethlie Alexis, 33, said they fear for their lives because misinformation was printed in the affidavit and was circulated on the worldwide web.
The women’s attorney said although no suit has been filed against TMZ.Com, nothing is impossible at this point.
The former nannies were at Comfort Suites Resort on Paradise Island Wednesday to give “Controversy TV” an interview on what they claimed transpired in the home during their employment there.
The women are also scheduled to appear as witnesses in the coroner’s inquest into Daniel’s death.
The local media were allowed to sit in on the interview, but all foreign reporters were asked to leave.

I think a poster on crime library was right. It looks like Dr. E was wearing Anna’s glasses and maybe her clothes. Dr. E looked like she was trying to be an Anna lookalike, to me. IMO.
Where is LB? In Witness Protection? Or was he forewarned? Was ANS's house also searched?

I do believe that 60 year-old broad is wearing Anna’s sun-glasses, Anna’s astrakhan-trimmed coat and Anna’s shirt. On that stumpie it looks like a mini-dress with capris. Look at her Gret big droopy lips. What a horror show!
She tried for the Anna-look and finished up as Anna-spook!

The spin of Wecht and others in the Stern camp appears to include "Perper has determined that ANS's death was an accident. Nobody can refute an expert such as Perper." Then there will be emphasis on how people such as her will end up dead. Wecht already stressed this on Anderson's show. I heard it mentioned also on NG.
I’m taking Rita’s side, too. They admitted it was a sting on her. I think she was doing the same thing...trying to prove that they would only give stuff up if they got paid for it. The nannies probably don’t know what’s going on and are probably scared of Howard since he flies in at his convenience and on Dannielynn’s money.

I'm a mathematician...and way back in the beginning...I stated that the mathematical odds of those two deaths being accidental..given the time, dates, method and relationship is off the chart.
The telling statement I always loved most was Howard quoting Danny: "He couldn't believe he had a blood relative". Well, Virgie is blood and so is his father. That's attorney lingo...not brother lingo.
Perper himself said that if something came up...It could change....It’s happened many times. Howard is spinning and Anna is haunting him.

I agree - another example of *forensic semantics* Howie saw Daniel as THE blood relative in his calculations. Must have had the *will* on his mind.
Daniel had good gut instincts and it’s so sad that Anna didn’t listen to the one person she most loved and trusted. Unless, during the short time they spent together in the hospital - Daniel was able to tell her about his *dream premonition*. Another unusual circumstance IMO, Howard left them alone together - while he went to get *fast food* - more like fast, fatal food.
My take is from a report on Fox saying that these tapes were made AFTER the book was written so it appears that she was back-peddling to cover her statements. Maybe I’ve got it wrong?
I interpret Lincoln Bain's tapes a little differently. While they do not make Rita Cosby look good, they do not make her look too bad either, but he does look really bad, the type who has no problem hitting a woman or restoring money. I am not referring to his yucky face but his conduct. Why release the tapes?
People who associate with Howie end up in trouble or worse.
Am confused on one point: Was Anna Nicole's house also searched and where is Larry Birkhead who has not yet filed a lawsuit against Rita Cosby. Perhaps he wants to take one lawsuit at a time.
No - you have it right.
IMO, from her first publicity interview, Rita stated that she had more than one source for her stories. It seems she based some of her book’s contents on published affidavits, recorded interviews and court testimony, followed up by 2nd party corroboration.
When she was served with the *Stern defamation suit*, she took it upon herself to *shore-up* her book’s contents, by trying to get the *original* nannie affidavit, or an additional one. I see nothing wrong with attempting to arrange a face-to-face meeting and find out FIRST HAND any inconsistencies in the nannies’ stories that were already in the public domain.
Rita’s demeanor has always been a little *breathless* and dramatic, which did not serve her well in the Lincoln Bain fiasco. But, as I have said before, she was sandbagged by his hatefulness - nor was she protected by a US press posse as in her reporting days. She seemed to have understood he wanted *payment* for arranging the meeting - but didn’t have the money, or an ethical way to do it. She was playing hardball and it flew back & hit her.
My take also. Parts of the tapes sounded as if doctored. Something was not right.
