I said from the very beginning that O’Quinn and Virgie want the money....even if LB was determined to be the father. I never trusted her...sorry folks.
Ok...ya’ll have me thoroughly confused....who’s fault is it HKS or VIRGIE???

For whatever it’s worth, my 2 cents stands as I stated this morning. Virgie does NOT want custody, but she MUST ask for it, even though she would settle for temporary guardianship (in the Bahamas) and a visitation schedule in the State. As I said earlier....

IMO, Larry and Virgie came to an arrangement that HKS didn’t like, though “he’d have been willing to have had LB take custody”, except he left out the part that says “ just as long as Virgie can’t touch the baby”!!! It’s what HKS has been threatening all along...apparently OQ fully expected it.
HKS won’t allow LB full custody, oh, he says he will, but he won’t if Virgie gets more than he wants her to have. Virgie, on the otherhand, doesn’t want much, and can’t even come to any sort of agreement with Larry, because HKS is forcing her to have to ask for CUSTODY (same as HKS is threatening) just to even be able to hope for freeking visitation.
I’m really ticked off right now, but bottom line... If HKS would STOP threatening to take CUSTODY, Virgie would STOP asking for custody and she and Larry could work out visitation. And if LB wasn’t such a nice guy...he’s stop trying to broker peace and call HKS’s bluff. Work out an arrangement with Virgie, WITHOUT HKS’S INVOLVEMENT, take it to court and if HKS fights him for custody, then BRING IT ON HKS!! BRING IT ON!

I can't argue with you because I didn't hear it. I saw the posts that HKS was at the microphone and speculation that he was involved in the postponement. If Virgie continues to push for full custody, I will agree with you that she is more interested in the money.
Does anyone know if she had contact with Daniel before he died, and if she did...when was it? I'm curious as to how often she made contact with him. He was not always with ANS and could have easily contacted Virgie had he wanted to.

My intuition is seldom wrong, too. Not that I’m smart. I just had this feeling it was all about the money when Virgie was fighting for the body. Now it’s the poor baby. Dannielynn belongs to live only with her young daddy.
Debra Opri indicated in an interview that she had another client for whom she had to work now. She is tough and toughness is what is needed it appears.
I’m afraid it’ll be a cold day before HKS gets his due -sociopathic slime that he is.
I don’t know how LB maintains control of himself. I hope he has a closet where he can throw a fit and cry ‘cause I can’t imagine he doesn’t want to and he can’t afford the appearance of ‘unfit parent’.
Wouldn’t that be filed in Florida or even Texas?
I really haven’t heard anything from the media. All I saw was the look on Larry’s face, and the wide grin on O’Quinn’s and a smile on Virgie’s. Larry wasn’t smiling.

Howard is REALLY out to "gain time" and destroy Virgie right now because it causes a conflict with Larry's goodness.
Kinda like saying: "Larry doesn't know Virgie. He's too soft. I do! I know she was an evil mother and will be an evil grandmother."
Good thing that Seidlin got us some info on Virgie...otherwise we'd only know about the video that he "contrived". Boy, Anna was "dumb" and "drugged". Nice job Howard!! You'll rot in hell.
I don’t believe that Larry said that because it violates the gag order.

The only way LB MIGHT have gotten custody today is if he had made a deal with the devil, HKS, and promised not to allow Virgie visitation.
If he was intending to allow Virgie to see the baby and if he thought that doing so was going to be fine with HKS, who won’t even let her TOUCH Daniellynn, then LB better wise up and learn to play hardball. No more Mr. Nice Guy.

I agree. There are FReepers here who probably remember more than I do, but I THINK she hadn’t seen him for about ten years. Yes, he could have seen her and she could have visited him if either wanted to. I always thought that was strange.
But then again, she first had a child out of wedlock a year before Anna was born, then was married five times. In my opinion, I would say she was kept quite busy with husbands, kids, step-kids, and other grandchildren, plus a full time job? That’s a lot of juggling going on. I can’t imagine having time for Daniel.

IIRC...didn’t someone testify that Anna threaten Daniel...told him he could NOT contact Virgie?
It does not give Virgie a cut of the money.
Then why would a grandmother want custody of a grandchild when there is a sweet, capable father?
