Oh, please....They don't even have any idea of what she had when she died. If Howard doesn't pursue the Marshall Case and you can be damn sure he won't, that amounts to 0- whatever Anna owes them.

He's stashed everything else in joint accounts and Corporations with "survivor takes all.

She doesn't own the Horizon. She doesn't own the other "fix-it" Bahama House. The boat is likely in his name as a "Gift" and I'm sure he has a handwritten letter to prove it. I'm wondering if "The Cracker" is an old nickname from college.

Jewelry was stolen (according to Howard).

It seems like Howard and Anna were the sophisticated version of Bonnie and Clyde.

I agree. I think people are having a hard time separating the terms custody vs. guardianship. Custody is without a doubt, an all-encompassing role with all the legal rights attached to it. Guardianships vary. They can be as broad as custodial rights. They can be ad litem which would only pertain to legal issues. Or they can be issue specific, which would fall under limited guardianships.

I got it from TMZ and some guy reporting from the Bahamas earlier. O’Quinn was asking for joint custody, they said. ET just said Virgie will probably get “guardianship,” which sounds a heck of a lot better.

We all know that if someone has “joint custody,” it’s a constant switching the kids from one parent to the other. I’ve seen it happen with divorced couples.

Wasn’t the temporary custody to be heard today? I realize LB or whomever wouldn’t get to take DL ‘home’, but just awarded temporary custody.

Does this DELAY in the decision also delay the beginning date of the required ‘transition’ period?

I do think HKS and his media are making every effort to make Virgie the goat, but if she is indeed working toward custody and/or guardianship for herself, her motives have to be questioned.

Because it will probably take them a week to draft proposals of a limited guardianship they both can live with. Remember, these lawyers will have to consider a myriad of potential scenarios that could be an issue. The drafts will go back and forth between lawyers who want to delete/add entries until a final draft can be agreed on.

That really bugs me too!! Virgie should be happy with JUST being Dannielynn’s grandmother! Especially since she wasn’t even able to be a Grandmother to Daniel for the last 10 years! I really hope that the only reason for the meeting tomorrow with Larry is to reassure Virgie that he (Larry) will allow her to be a grandmother and see DL as any grandmother would. If I find out this is about money on Virgie’s part, I will be totally disgusted! What is wrong with some of these people?? Isn’t playing a part in your granddaughter’s life enough...WITHOUT any money attached to it??!!

HKS does have an UNBELIEVEABLE way of TAKING CONTROL of every situation, doesn’t he?? It makes me sick! And I noticed he appeared a lot more confident (cocky) today than he was on Tuesday!!

I wouldn’t have had a hard time in separating them if they had said “guardianship” before. That was never stated before. All that O’Quinn has said has been custody or joint custody for Virgie....nothing less.

No I am not that close to Texas Motor Speedway, however it appears that a tornado did touch down not too very far from me in the Haltom area. Watching on local news now, trees snapped, the roof and the front windows of a Minyards Grocery store damage and blown out. A Hamburger fast food joint totally demolished. Parked cars, windows totally blown out.

This has been the second one in the area in the past couple of weeks.

Custody is a broad term. Be Patient!!

The fact that Larry and Virgie have been allowed to sit down privately and do this tells me that Howard is no longer a part of the approval process.

Yes, and that's what I believe happened today. I think that the court formally kicked Howie OUT of the process. The meeting tomorrow is between Larry and Virgie ONLY.

Howie just used the gag order, to make Virgie look like the "Mommie Dearest" again.

Until we knew that Larry was the father, Virgie had every right (and I believe a Duty and Obligation) to seek full custody to get that baby out of Howard's hands under the circumstances. Anna was HER daughter. That's her blood line.

Howard is a nobody...
