Larry Birkhead;s sister was on Nancy Grace and said they can all have the money, Larry only wants his baby — his whole family only wants the baby (her words).. and she said if Virgie wants the money give her the money, just let Larry take his baby home.

From what I am hearing here - Vergie *is* her daughter’s mother, isn’t she? Sad and ridiculous if she wants full custody. O’Q has his eye on that $$$$$ and if he is thinking DL is entitled - the odds are that a court will find it to be so.
Larry could also very easily tell HKS Virgie is out and still allow her to see Dannielynn once back in the states, he stated he wants her in the babies life....
Virgie is not dropping HER case for full custody -- Debra Rose confirmed it.. it is her suit that has them in court right now and unless she drops it the next step will be a full custody trial for Dannielynn.
I’m getting really, really close to giving her a nickname. I’m not unsympathetic to her feelings of wanting to be a grandma to DL.....but, is that truly her motivation? I’m not sure. Makes me uneasy.
Lucky is 11. Our golden before him was the same way. Must be genetic. He can hear thunder in Texas....from Oklahoma! He has to be under a table, covered with a quilt and our 2 cats snuggled on top!
The money stuff will come when the will is probated. Listening to Judy (LB's sister) tonight, I can well see LB may have told HKS go ahead, you take care of the money and be executor of the estate...he isn't wanting money, he is wanting Dannielynn...
So. Tell me.... if HKS is willing to turn Dannielynn over to LB as soon as the court says okay and Larry is willing to let HKS handle the money... and is willing once back in the States to allow Virgie to visit her grandchild, why is Virgie being the fly in the ointment?
And, as I've been saying and Larry reminded Tony Potts yesterday, if Virgie persists in trying to get custody, perhaps HIS parents should come in and add their names to the custody hat... he said, on camera, he has never seen anything like this when there is a fit parent ready and willing to take his child and raise her.
Really? My hubby uses Melatonin for sleep. Vet gave us Acepromazine...whatever the heck that is!

She was in this movie - I think it was called Houseboat, but that’s not quite right - anyway, where she was this rich spoiled wife, just obnoxious, ordering everyone around.
She was in her bedroom, just standing there, and decided she wanted some champagne or caviar or something, maybe both. She just started yelling out into the air “Jeeves! Jeeves!”
Jeeves had been standing right behind her with the tray of champagne and caviar all along. He extends the tray to her, “Madam.”
She then pouts, “Jeeves! You *almost* made me wait!”

I’ll tell you I’ve had the best luck with melatonin and valerian.. also at onlynaturalpet.com there is a bach flower remedy for anxiety that really helps my girl that is fearful when riding in a car or our boat... my old cocker was terrified of thunder, fireworks, guns, anything loud... homeopathy really helped him...and tranquilizers didn’t do a thing for him.

If Virgie had Dannielynn’s best intrests in mind she would have withdrawn her request for custody. From what has been leaked from the hearing today, she caused the delay. I can’t help but think HKS is delighted.
Virgie SHOULD be happy for her granddaughter in having a father that has fought tooth and nail to acknowledge her and now to love, care for and protect her. Most men in his position would run as fast as they could in the other direction. He entered the battle without promise of anything but a lawyer’s bill. Virgie has rewarded him with a kick in the teeth.

I hate it too, Rte66!! Even tho HKS shouldn’t have a thing to say in this matter, he’s still controlling and spinning his head off. For some reason, the real facts/damage of what HKS did by claiming he was DL’s daughter has disappeared and now he’s suddenly the nice guy.
