No, I don't think Levin is afraid of Kojak but I think Texkat hit the nail on the head when he/she believed it was a good possibility that Levin has to play ball with Stern or face a potential defamation suit.

It's also quite possible that during Birkhead's many talks with Stern (per Opri), he got pissed at the bill and let a few details about it slip out in anger, which was then repeated and Levin more then happily reported.

Lots of possibilities but that Kojak-looking guy (love that analogy, btw) is just too over the top to take seriously.

I quit scrolling through the tail end of thread #2 when I got home just now. Had to go the emergency room, and they pumped 2.5 liters of fluid out of my right lung. I was just released this afternoon, so now I’m going to relax, and try and catch up on the mess around here.

How nice! I may have to go dinnerless. My stupid hand rash is back again, since 2 days ago after some nerve-wracking bad news.

Don't feel bad, I just got out of the hospital. I knew someone who got a rash like that every time she got upset.

I was ready to be discharged this afternoon, so my bf ate my tray of food. I took the can of Boost with me. I nibbled, and must say it was the only decent thing they cooked, besides the split pea soup for lunch.

What does your doctor say about this? You may need something for the holidays. Doesn't it suck when you end up loathing the things that used to be fun? My son decided to hang out with his friends, and didn't call me(had the ph and rm#), or even my bf to find out how I was doing.

I agree...and if TMZ’s Harvey Levin has any sense, he will keep his website ‘free and clear’ of any slanderous or libelous remarks about O’Quinn (which should be easy enough since TMZ ‘censors’ all of their posts!), because a fight between O’Quinn and TMZ would be the equivalent of a cowboy boot SQUASHING a bug!!
