If we see Larry walking out of the court house with Dannielynn in his arms we will know then that he is his her father (99.9% sure). They are still under a gag order and will probably be even after court on Tuesday.

To be clear, there is about a 0% chance of Larry walking out of the court house on Tuesday with Dannielynn in his arms.

Not sure why anybody would set up that expectation.

note: take one story about a hotel maid saying that anna was vomiting and seizing thurs am, add bonnie’s story, throw in a dash of Eroshevich’s story about the fever Before she left home, stir gently, fold in the condition of bathroom and bed linens found by LEO, add a dash of rumors that she was literally carried down to the bar for ‘double shots’ mondaynite/tuesday early a.m. Bake at 105degrees for 7 days. After cooling, frost with Stern, Steines, Moes and eroshevichs’ immediate and elaborate dialogues concerning how Anna was despondent, wasn’t thinking clearly, was in a fog of drugs for months, wanted to be with her son, was suicidal, wanted to die....and sprinkle generously with Hatten and Perper’s estimation that Anna was not depressed, didn’t want to die, was considering future projects, wanted to change her life, wanted her sone with her, and who was likely unaware of drug interactions, and, Tell me, what do we come up with?

‘Cause, I really wish, that someone, could give me just one valid, reasonable, plausable and consistent explanation for why Anna was even in, florida.

So, is this the end of the road, for US investigations into this Seminole occurence? Even if US citizens were involved and their rights were violated?

Moe’s description of ANS the last time he saw her is different than what he described to Perper.

BIG MOE: She was — I saw her moving around a little bit and she seemed tired, she was sleeping.

He told Perper that he thought she was moving, but, couldn’t be certain.
He seemed certain when he spoke to Greta.

He detailed to Greta the CPR tecniques his wife was utilizing-
BIG MOE: Just coincidentally, she’s a nurse and she was there and she started administering CPR and giving rescue breaths ..
Then Moe goes into the ridiculous fantasy story about cell phones bought in Dade, can’t be used to call 911 in Broward.
Then Moe describes his entrance into the room-

BIG MOE: .... I opened up the door and I saw my wife on top of her and I gently moved her out of the way. Pulled the cover back and looked at Anna’s face...

But,...wasn’t his wife just doing mouth to mouth ?? With covers over ANS’s face ?
And Moe “gently moved his wife out of the way “ -in a code, gentle movements are a waste of valuable time. In a life threatening situation you don’t want EMT’s acting according to Miss Manners.

Then Moe says this “ I thought about, was picking her up and putting her on the floor so I could properly do the CPR if I had to.”

If he had to ??? What else would he be doing ?
Was he just going to watch while tired Taz continued her 40 minute over the covers CPR ?

So-Moe again validates that ANS was under covers while Taz was doing CPR .
Moe added more details for LKL-
“ So I slapped her on the face and tried to wake her up. “

But, didn’t Moe just say that his wife was doing CPR ?
He stops the CPR to slap ANS to try and wake her up ??

He again validates that he had to put her on the floor
“ just in case I had to do CPR.”

You don’t have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out from Moe’s interviews that Taz was not doing CPR when he first got to the room and that Moe was the first person to begin CPR-40 minutes after he got the call from Taz.”

Thank you - that was sweet to be concerned. No, I didn’t get online until earlier this evening, then had FReepmails stacked up, so had to answer those; then I’ve had 300+ posts to back-read and I’m still not to the end yet, just up to whatever post # this is of yours.

I got the impression the “over our dead bodies” thing referred only to Virgie, not Larry. Truthfully, I’ve been expecting all along that Howard would not fight custody if DL is Larry’s, so I’m not surprised at the TMZ statement. Most everybody else HAS been expecting him to fight for custody tooth and nail, but I don’t think it’s a purely PR move at all. Some, but not all.
Now let’s get to the darn inquest, which is what I’m most interested in. (Because I think DL will be fine and where she belongs shortly)

The Seminoles don't want to discus it.

Above, excellent summary, in original long form, of febrile discrepancies posted to Fox news.

Since Cipro is not a typical antibiotic of choice for septicemia from skin type abcesses, who knows what the source of ANS’s febrile reactions were... could have been sepsis from skin, from respiratory, from withdrawal, complicated by dehydration, possible hypertensive or seizure phenomenon? WTH was going on with her medically?

Certainly Perper’s findings don’t even match his own conclusions and there’s much omitted from his findings.

Thanks to all of you who were concerned and offered help! I appreciate it and have everything in a file (of course!) and will try whichever things I can.

Had a nice peaceful Easter day, with my pretty purple irises in a vase on a tray. Was able to make pain perdu, in the form of Laci’s Creme Brulee French Toast, for brunch.

(That was a dish Laci Peterson was planning to make on Christmas Day and had gotten some good bread for, from Trader Joe’s, before she was murdered. When I was following the case so closely, I found a recipe for it online and made it the next Christmas, as a remembrance. I liked it a lot, so now I make it on some holidays, which Easter is also a “Laci Time” - but, lol, I make mine with all the bread heels in the freezer, to get rid of them in a tasty fashion!)

Did my usual day-sleeping till evening. Had my little grilled lamb and a spinach souffle for dinner and have been on FR for hours now, replying to many FReepmails and then back-reading 100s of posts - still not to the end.

I have some replies to some posts that I want to post, but it will take a while. Thanks, y’all, wonderful ANNAFReepers for caring. Make sure KE knows that I ate today, lol!

Not to mention that ‘Accidental Drug Overdose’ might easily be applied to ANS, but NOT to Daniel!! Maybe that was the first mistake....Daniel was NOT a habitual or even experimental drug user, according to almost everyone (except perhaps HKS). Why would Daniel choose to take a drug he was unfamiliar with on the night he arrived in the Bahamas to see his mother and his new baby sister??? He wouldn’t!!! And I can’t remember which Freeper kept bringing up the fact that Daniel said to Howard ‘Why am I so sleepy?’, but I give that poster MAJOR KUDOS!!! Now that we know WHAT we know about Anna’s death, it is entirely plausible that Daniel was given chloral hydrate! If Daniel mentioned that he ‘had a headache’ or was ‘tired’ or had ‘an upset stomach’ and someone in that room GAVE HIM SOMETHING FOR IT, it does seem logical that he would WONDER why he was TIRED!!! If he asked for a ‘tranquilizer’ or ‘something to help him sleep’, I doubt he would have asked that question!! Since that would have been the reaction he was expecting from the medication he was given. But the fact that he asked HOWARD K. STERN “Why am I so sleepy?”, now speaks VOLUMES to me!! Obviously, Daniel did not INTENTIONALLY take anything to make himself sleepy!

NOTE: I apologize for not remembering which poster made a point about Daniel saying he was so sleepy, so please post back and let me know! Also, I never thought about it until I heard that chloral hydrate is not usually tested for, but that was an EXCELLENT CATCH on your part!! THANKS!!

Agreed, on all counts. HKS thinks he can intimidate LB with legalese once LB has Dannielynn, but we shall see about that.
