Hope you are feeling much better. Take care of yourself...we need your sense of humor to keep us from getting down with some of the media hype for HKS!

Thanks. It won’t help - many checks from various places go to my PO Box, which I have to go get - someone takes me the 2-3 miles - then takes me to the bank - another mile - then 3 miles home. That’s it. Used to take me 12 minutes in my “normal” mode - my house, my car.

I got approached by some Hispanic males in a menacing way one day when walking from the bus stop to the PO Box and because of my asthma, I couldn’t even walk away fast, much less run, or scream or blow a whistle.

So I won’t ride the bus anymore. I did it for 2 years and it was bad enough on all my illnesses, as it was. This friend was my former neighbor - have known her 13 years, but she doesn’t like helping me and now just won’t do it anymore.

I’ve tried to push money on her, into her purse, so on, because she complains all the time about the cost of gas - but the checks we’re picking up for me to put in the bank are all from oil companies and the higher the price of oil. the more money I have to live on. She hates that. Yes, she’s a (D).

Anyway, that was my last chance - I do NOT have anything to do with the people who live where I do (scary) and friends fled when I went broke 3 years ago. I’m like Groucho Marx - don’t want to join a club that would have me as a member, lol. I just keep praying for help. *sigh*

“But the fact that he asked HOWARD K. STERN “Why am I so sleepy?”, now speaks VOLUMES to me!! Obviously, Daniel did not INTENTIONALLY take anything to make himself sleepy!”

Didn’t they find methadone in Daniel’s blood at autopsy?

Methadone certainly comes in liquid form - so it could have been in a soda. Methadone tablets are very little, could be ground up an put into anything, say catsup on a burger. Their relative tastelessness is something most people who’ve had anyone on hospice care could attest to. Hospice care often falls back on methadone - crushed, b/c they relieve significant pain without the nausea and hallucinations of dilaudid, morphine, etc. The individual just feels significant pain relief. In pain patients they aren’t even that sedated. However if the person is not in significant pain, or given too much for their size, and even 40 mg could be too much for a person who is on other medications which complicate the excretion of the methadone - like lexipro, the respiratory depression could overwhelm them.

You’re so right that the fact that he questioned why he was so sleepy is VERY significant. He clearly felt something UNANTICIPATED and was concerned. Not the comment of a drug abuser or someone who asked for a sleeping pill.

Also it could have been presented to Daniel as something “for a cold.” They’re really small, 10 mg tabs look pretty much like white claritin/loratadine tabs, Costco brand.

There are two websites online that have the family tree and the lines broken down for that, in a better format. I’ll try to find them. I didn’t keep the URL’s in my notes.

They’re a little bit “off,” I think - but the part connecting MM and ANS is probably OK. You will see something odd if you look at all of it, or if you read other forums, and I’ll post about it - ONLY if someone else brings it up first.

Here, I put one of the lines in my notes in google and got this site - there is also another one, I’ll do later:

**Since Cipro is not a typical antibiotic of choice

i agree, it was, however, for Stern, who was apparently suffering from the flu himself (so says Steines, so says Dr. perper)

...was the Cipro level high in Anna’s autopsy results?..I’d have to double-check there..how much was it? 1 day’s worth? 2 day’s worth? 3 days’s worth? did Stern take the cipro also? did they ‘share’ the prescription?

did Seidlin ask Stern what prescriptions Stern got in his name? or did he just ask Stern what prescriptions Anna had? I forget...too bad Seidlin didn’t get Eroshevich on that stand...

Thank you! Sorry, I’m skipping around from current posts to previous posts and got lost - didn’t see this one till now. Thank you and hope your Easter was great!

PS - My brulée torch is in storage, so I had to broil the top - thought you would love to know that. It’s not even a real cook’s torch (for bubbling and browning the sugar), it’s a little pencil one I used for making miniatures - but it’s exactly the same thing, just costs less. Hee hee.

In my searchable brief of the autopsy it just says “non-contributory” and doesn’t give an amount found in her system. The bigger report might have it but will take me a while to find it. Sorry.

Sorry, in advance, for another lengthy post

Hmmmm...critical Time 10:00-12:00

Baden said in Greta inteview- ANS probably dead by 12:00pm, maybe sooner.

Link DescriptionAnna Nicole Smith Investigation Reports

Mr. Stern awoke between 9-10 am and helped Anna to the bathroom. He then watched television in another room until King Eric called to inform him of his arrival at the airport. Mr. Stern then called Maurice to instruct him to pick up the guests (King Eric, his common-law wife, and another man). Invetigation Reports (Investigaton Report document, page 6)

and

Thursday, February 8, fourth day in USA and the day of death According to Mr. Howard K. Stern, he woke up around 10 am and found Miss Smith awake, with no complaints, except for excessive tiredness. Mr. Stern helped Miss Smith go to the bathroom and then put her back in bed. According to Mr. Howard Stern, he did not see Miss. Smith take or being given any medications that morning. Mr. Stern then left to arrange the buying of a boat for Miss Smith.Investigation Reports (Press Release document, page 9)

Besides HKS helping her to the bathroom and then putting her back in bed, (Greta's questions going to if ANS was too weak/sick to get herself to this duffle bag of medicines) -

If 11 prescriptions in duffle bag (one being the critical bottle of CH liquid), was being monitored by Mr. Stern, (as was said in Greta interview by Dr. Shueler, Chief Toxicologist and Dr. Perper, Chief Medical Examiner- they both stated that is what was said or implied by Mr. Stern in his interview with them),

How did ANS get the CH out of the duffle bag without him seeing her?

According to Stern, he never left the suite, so:

1. if he was in 607 wouldn't he see her

2. if he were in sitting room he would have seen her as she crossed through sitting room, or

3. if he were in room 609 where the actualCH was supposedly found later* he would have seen come all the way from the 607 bedroom, through the sitting room, to the 609 bedroom.

*note no duffle bag was even mentioned in the report

*The guest bedroom has three beds, which were well made and covered with white sheets, and covers. A night table separates the two beds. Opposite the foot of the bed was a small table with various items including numerous medication bottles, prescribed under different names. There was also a piece of furniture containing a small refrigerator and a large-size TV. The medicine bottles in the entire suite were photographed. A list of all the medications was taken including the date prescribed, amount prescribed, and the amount left in each bottle. The scene was left at 2130 hours. Well, exactly, the Cipro was quite possibly NOT an appropriate antibiotic for the febrile disorder that was being treated - who knows, no CBC’s or throat cultures were done. And who knows exactly what dose ANS or Stern took each day and whether or not that claim was borne out by the number of pills remaining in the bottle.

Whether the Cipro was Rx’d for Stern and shared by ANS or not, the point is that no physician is on record as having done a CBC or having examined her to consider whether or not her fever was from a cellulitis type infection from her abcess and whether or not the Cipro, Rx’d for Stern and given to her in whoknowswhat doses each day, was sufficient to cover the presumptive organisms whether for a either a URI or for a septicemia from skin type organisms.

“IMHO, the rx’s found in the room are curious, as is the appearance of injectable narcotics back August 26th; why would Anna need injectible demerol, 2 weeks prior to birth? (just in time for ‘the-clown-video’ apparently)
am anticipating the release of all rx’s written between 8/2 and 2/6; will we be surprised to learn the ‘pill count’ exceeded 5K doses? and the injectibles exceed 1,000mils?nahhhh......”

Me too...I’m keeping a spreadsheet of everything prescribed and ‘intended for use’ by Anna (compared to what Perper actually found in the autopsy) (wish I could post, but don’t know how)....Aside from the drugs we know/prescribed by the docs we know, and any additional we dont know about, I wonder if there were other scripts prescribed by these doctors from justthinkin’s post:

“3. Timothy Baretts, M.D., psychiatrist who treated the decedent after the death of her son Daniel.

4. Hubert Minnis, M.D., obstetrician, who delivered the decedent’s living child.

5. Duane Sands, M.D., surgeon who treated the decedent for a collapsed lung, pneumonitis and pleural effusion.

7. James Konstantakis, M.D., internal medicine, Bahamas; saw the decedent just once.”

And did each of them have a list of ALL the drugs Anna was taking? did anybody, really?

Also, IIRC, there was something that was found in her brain, but I’m not sure if what was found could have been indicative of a seizure.

Along the lines of the ‘detox’ theory, I’m checking with a pharmacist friend to see if I can get any sort of accurate information on how KE’s combined, abrupt discontinuation of Anna’s meds: Dilaudid, SOMA, Dalmona, Prexige, Robaxin, Lasix, Topomax, and Methadone (and who knows how many others) would affect the body, over the day or two following. I am told by a doctor friend that a toxicologist’s expertise would be needed to determine, but not knowing one, I thought I’d ask a pharmacist too.

**I remember her having one at home after DL was born. (from pictures)**

yes..HKS had her removed from the hospital the day Daniel died; she kept heavily sedated and IIRC had the port for at least a few days after arriving back home in case she had to be taken back to the hospital.

**the pharmacist was so concerned that the prescriptions KE requested were pharmaceutical suicide that he called Howard K. Stern and asked they (HKS and KE) call the prescription hotline at USC**

HOLY HANNAH!!!! this bears repeating !

The seller claims the portrait was painted between 2002 and 2003, adding, "As you can see by her signature, this picture is authentic." The auction is set to close on April 15.

Uh huh, that's why I was asking about the whereabouts of any of her remaining paintings, on the other thread. I knew it! Never underestimate a bottom feeder!

(THE SELLER IS NOT NAMED)...

Well go figure. Gee I wonder who it could be? For a crook, eBay is the safest way to go. Ask my bf :(

The attack on Virgie is so intense because she after all had the wisdom to go on TV and warn ANS that she might be next - and guess what, she was...that was horribly prophetic.

Not to mention that Virgie has 28 yrs of law enforcement experience under her belt.

I’ll be okay. I was a little shocked when the chest x-rays came back in the ER, though. Now I get to add even more nonsense to my pharmaceutical list. Thank God it looks nothing like Anna’s.
