IMHO, based on KE’s medical license and HK$ administering drugs (prescribed for him), to ANS - over an extended period, at a minimum, her demise screams “WRONGFUL DEATH”.

I think KE’s license is doomed. I just don’t think that’s a big deal to her. I think she has a plan B and it probably involves something she’s seen other MD’s who got their bacon in the fire resort to like her first exhubby-Bahou or her psych crony, Barrett (his addiction doesn’t seem to have hurt his earning capacity in the Bahamas).
As for HKS, well, he’s skating pretty well now too. So unless one turns on the other, they might pull this off. And I agree, it’s a crime and it’s at least criminal negligence and involuntary manslaughter... or some such court name for killing someone even if you can’t be convicted of intent, just juxtaposition.

I agree. She would not be a mother if she left ANYTHING unanswered. The HKS crap machine is in full force trashing Virgie and since we don't have access to what ACTUALLY went on in the hearings, we don't know anything except that HKS is POed, and in the words of Martha Stewart, "and that's a good thing!" Thanks, sod. In that article, I guess Virgie is referring to the message left on her answering maching by Anna after Daniel’s death. No indication in there she actually talked to Anna or called her back. Not the greatest article, huh?

Last post before I go sit and rest- sorta wish I hadn’t gotten hooked on Godiva chocs,especially the truffles, ‘cause they are so expensive:( To look on the bright side, however, if a few people just give them to me in small amounts over the year as gifts, that won’t break anyone’s piggy bank too much and I’ll have my supply, LOL.

Was he afraid Virgie would be able to see Anna’s situation and try to rescue her? IMHO -He has kept the “estranged” Virgie’s alienation crepe front and center - so as not to give her power over any financial/assets investigation.
