I hate to be morose, but I think he would have lived and died in his mother’s shadow...only bc I believe children of narcissists’ NEVER want to take the spotlight from their parent. Their children usually KNOW HOW IMPORTANT it is that the SPOTLIGHT be on their parent, that they never want any part of it...which would also explain Daniel’s desire to be a producer or have a role behind the camera..JMO

LOS ANGELES (AP) - December 6, 2005 - Anna Nicole Smith went too far, a production company has charged, and it wants Trimspa to pay for it.
The producer of the Live 8 concerts has filed a lawsuit against Trimspa Inc., claiming that the company’s reputation was damaged by the buxom Trimspa spokeswoman’s attire and conduct during a televised concert last summer.
Live 8 Productions LLC is seeking more than $500,000 in compensatory damages, claiming Trimspa failed to pay for a handful of 30-second promotional spots that aired during the July 2 broadcast on ABC. The lawsuit also seeks unspecified punitive damages, as well as additional unspecified damages for Smith’s behavior.
The accusations involving Smith, who is not named as a defendant, are contained in a lawsuit filed last week in federal court. The lawsuit states that Smith was instructed to dress “in an appropriate fashion for a charitable event.”
But when Smith appeared in Philadelphia, one of 10 cities participating in the concerts, she was “intoxicated and scantily clad in revealing attire completely inappropriate for a broadcast that would be seen by millions of people in the United States and then rebroadcast throughout the world,” the lawsuit said.
The lawsuit cited Smith as having “unbecoming and erratic behavior,” claiming it damaged the concerts’ reputation and goodwill in the entertainment industry and called for additional damages.
Smith’s lawyer, Howard K. Stern, called the accusations “pure fiction and totally irresponsible.”
“People are trying to use Anna Nicole as a scapegoat in a contract dispute that she’s not a party to and wasn’t even aware of, and they should be ashamed of themselves,” Stern said in e-mailed statement to The Associated Press.
Smith was not drunk and brought a back-up outfit with her, but was told she “looked beautiful and not to change a thing,” Stern said.
Besides Trimspa, its parent company, Goen Technologies Corp., is also named in the lawsuit.
Based in Whippany, N.J., Trimspa said in a statement on its Web site that it has had no contact, negotiations or contract with Live 8 Productions and plans to defend itself in the lawsuit.
Trimspa said it did have a contract with Winnaman & Associates, a California-based marketing company that sold it the commercial time and interviews during Live 8, according to the company statement.
Trimspa blamed Winnaman & Associates for not fulfilling the terms of the contract and asserted that the lawsuit’s remarks about Smith were “pure propaganda and borders on slanderous.”
A message left for Winnaman & Associates was not immediately returned.

That is weird, to me at least. I have relatives in New Orleans who HATE the song “New Orleans Ladies” but I love that song as well, and cannot understand why they don’t see it as a tribute! But I loved ‘Run for the Roses’ a few years before I EVEN realized it was about horse racing or the Kentucky Derby...so maybe the true Derby fans are annoyed by that...and people like me, who didn’t even realize the TRUE nature of the song!...who knows??
Still wondering how Anna wound up at Howard's Law Firm and also wound up with KE. Still think the trail will lead back to the Stern family itself.
Also wondering about a previous will. Highly unlikely that she wouldn't have one just because she had Danny...and no hubby. Still say that's why Howard wants to eliminate Virgie in every manner possible.
As for Dannie Lynn....He sure hasn't been taking care of her for the last 7 months. Bet he'll be happier than hell when she leaves.
Hell, when's the last time anyone has even mentioned the inquest. This baby thing was a PR move for Howard...."Mr. Wonderful". ILLUSION!!!

AMEN Spotted Owl!! I gave up on the ‘idea’ of a PERFECTLY CLEAN HOUSE, the day that I counted EXACTLY how many Tighty-Whities, and other types of male undergarments I was washing in one load!!! Guess how many it was???.....Well, 4 males x 7 days equals 28, and 28 x 4 equals 112!!! That is the exact number of underwear I must wash for 3 boys and 1 man/boy!! To say it annoys me would be an understatement! Can you FEEL that from my post??!!!

HK graduated university 1991; sat for Bar in 94. I haven't timelined Wes yet, not sure where Wes lectured? Any connection to HK [professor] mom? Met ANS circa 1996/7.
94/5/6 - He did some minor work for a band for free. I wonder if the rock group had some tie to Wes, as a liberally prescribing doctor? Was Anna maybe seeing one of the bandmembers? friend of a friend of a friend? AFA wes/hk seeming physiologically similar, it could be eastern european-jewish bloodlines? It's something I didn't recognize but haven't seen many pics of Wes?
Daniel attended classes at Valley College. My notes say his classload was Math, English and economics, plus philosophy (a fav subject) and anthro. It's been reported he had an 'A' average and carried these five classes in the summer session - so he appears a pretty serious student and it seems to me he would be the least likely to 'get in with the wrong crowd'(which are usually sought out by those who have no appropriate role models at home), especially if a schoolmate referred to him as 'shy', but maybe it's just my experience.
Funny that Daniel went to a P.I. and others, about the 'wrong crowd' around Anna - and now, it's Daniel that was in the 'wrong crowd' ?????? geesh how things get turned around in this all.

could 'abusive' be, as in his comment to HK Dec 05 about not getting any? I think the older Dan got, the more vocal he was in his distaste for HK and others around his mom and he told them so, especially after he may have thought they were at the bottom of him being thrown out for staying out all nite at 18.
I don't think it's unreasonable to imagine that there may have been one or more arguments that would cause Daniel to seek out Jack Harding. We can't forget, he had a premonition of his mother in a coffin. In the pic of Daniel/HK on set at Alien, Daniel is in the higher chair and HK was offered the sand-chair, low chair - I don't think that is accidental the way they're sitting.
