Barth wasn't successful in the burial case. She lost. Howard was to have gotten full control and if he did, you can be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that Virgie wouldn't be allowed to even attend the funeral.

CTV reported today that if Anna’s original Marshall estate award is reinstated by the court that it will actually be worth around 900 million due to accumulating interest.

I frankly do not see that money (regardless of the amount) going to anyone other than a Marshall by blood.

I think Howard got wind of an upcoming lawsuit BY VIRGIE against him. Woods might have been hired as a defense attorney and the rest is blah, blah, blah.

Speculation and defamation is two different things.

This is L. Lin Wood's comment from Art Harris' column : My representation of Mr. Stern as the named executor under the last will and testament of Anna Nicole Smith will focus on those individuals and entities responsible for the theft of personal property of Ms. Smith and/or its unlawful use, sale or other misappropriation in the media. It sounds as if LLW has 'fired a shot across the bow' to Ford Shelly and Ben Thompson. I imagine Ben Thompson can afford a high profiled defense attorney better than HKS can afford all those he's hired.

HKS testified before Judge Seidlin that he made about $12,000 per year while a practicing attorney. Since then he has lived off ANS, and lived pretty damned well if you look at where he has lived, and look at the suits and ties he has worn to court and the funeral! If the house in the Bahamas does belong to Ben Thompson (and I think it does), HKS is a squatter. There should be a financial accounting of where all the money he is spending is coming from.

I'll be careful to preface what I say, so LLW can't come after me, but I'm not afraid he will...I'm not important enough.:) I've done nothing to smear HKS' name...he's taken care of that job all by himself. He's responsible for being seen as a leech and squatter. I would like the attorneys for HKS to explain to me why HKS and his co-horts - attorneys included - can say and do as they please, but those who disagree with their actions are being intimidated with threats they will be sued for 'damages'. Sue HKS...he's the one responsible for any damage he may have incurred. I'm not sure these attorneys are not threatening our First Amendment Right to free speech. To have a negative opinion about HKS does not damage him. I know O'Quinn has called him a 'murderer', but he's the only one I know of who has publicly stated that. He may want them to sue him, and then he can demand an investigation of HKS. By the same token, why can't Virgie sue the hell out of HKS, Bonnie Stern, and even Ron Rale...hasn't he demeaned her also?

I have lost respect for LLW for getting involved in this tawdry case! There can be only one reason, and it has to be money, because HKS is his own worst enemy IMO. Wouldn't it be funny if Wood sued some of us; only to discover you can't get blood from a turnip? It would serve some of these money hungry attorneys right if they did lose money on some of these frivolous lawsuits. Has anyone ever turned the table on attorneys and sued them for intimidation and violation of a person's First Amendment Rights?

Just to add a thought to yours...Does anyone know what would have happened to Anna Nicole’s baby if she gave birth to her in California? Since Anna was drug addicted to methadone, the government would have gotten involved immediately. It’s easy for Anna and Howard to construct the fiction that they were taking the baby away from Larry Birkhead (or Virgie). The truth is probably that they were running away from CPS who would have forced Anna into a drug rehab if she wanted to keep her baby. And only then under strict state supervision. I can’t recall the name of the lawyer who said the same thing as you - actually there have been two lawyers saying it. He said that Dannielynne won’t see a penny and that it was unbelievable stupid for ANS to have turned down a settlement. I don’t know what settlement.

THE FINAL DAY!!

Anna was likely scheduled to be released from the hospital on the same morning that Danny died. One day later, Danny could have seen the baby "at home".

Anna was VERY, VERY sick when she left for Florida and there was absolutely no reason for her to go to Florida.

There was just NO WAY that either Danny or Anna was going to die at the Horizons. It would have become a crime scene and EVERYTHING would become accessible. (Remember, KE had been living with them) Then add the methadone in the refrigerator to the facts.

A couple things can happen. If the 2001 will is thrown out, they might try to reinstate the previous will or it will be looked at as her dying without a will.

I have a funny feeling that there iS an old one...and that Virgie might have been appointed Daniel's guardian.

There are so many things that are hidden....Like Howard goes to Synogogue every week...and all the charities he has given to...and his work at a youth center...:-)

Thanks, I’ll take a look...I suppose an antibiotic could have been harmful too...any thoughts about the more potent drugs KE was giving Anna and then suddenly stopped giving her?...dollars to donuts, doing so is deadly.
