We eat a low carb dinner and I make certain he has cottage cheese or yogurt before going to sleep.. he has taken to eating organic peanut butter lately (grocery store is high in bad fats and sugar) and in the afternoon an apple.
Another thing is he carries Zone Bars with him (based on the zone diet)... no sugar -- I buy splenda and bake with splenda when I make pumpkin pies and the like.. pumpkin is good -- high in fiber -- remember fiber helps stabilize the blood sugar.
I need the same thing. $7,000. Wouldn’t have been a huge problem *before,* but now I need a car first and will need a doctor first and then any meds from that, before I can do dental work - tho doc will probably want the dental done before we can treat anything else.
And it all has to cost me $5 a month, or I won’t be able to eat, lol. Guess that would solve the other problems, tho!
Yes.. Rte66 there is so many entertainment shows we watch to keep track my head spins thinking of it.....

Well, we get monsoon starting in July each year (sometimes earlier)... but it’s mostly dry here — cold in winter (people find that hard to believe) and very hot in summer — not much mold here ~LOL~ there is the lake to go down and enjoy the summer and the mountains...my husband used to suffer terribly with his asthma, but now with singular and an allergy pill has done really well.... if he gets a cold and has trouble getting enough air I make certain he has cellfood in his drinking water to help give him more oxygen,

Did you watch his show? Can you believe Al Gore’s charts left off the mini-ice age in order to make their numbers work.. also how they explained these scientific articles are written — and how they come out a pre-determined because of the way they do the process. Anyone who missed it they are going to re-show again — well worth watching.
We are slowly switching everything over — just remodeled our bedroom and put down hardwood floor in there... have tile in most of the house except my office and guest room and living room — soon!!!

Good grief you all need to come down here and go to Mexico — they do the whole thing in a couple of days and in some cases you can get the impressions, spend the night in Yuma and go back the next day — and the prices !!! we cancelled dental insurance here and just go to Mexico. We have a friend here who had about $20,000 worth of work done for $5,000 in Algodones...

Larry’s 34 — that isn’t that young..
So much better than carpet! I just don’t think carpet can ever “really” be clean. It bothers me.
I had no trouble understanding what she meant by that. She means more like a novice father, and also to her Larry seems young. She could have chosen her wording more precisely, but to some folks it wouldn’t matter anyways.
