I really respect Dr. Baden’s opinions - but IIRC he is testifying for the defense in Phil Spector’s trial.

Dr. Baden was very clear in his assessment of the drugs. Dr Perper was even clearer....."She probably would have lived if she had been taken to the hospital BECAUSE they would have controlled the drugs".

KE was even clearer when asked whether she knew the combination was dangereous. "I know".......but she administered them anyways.

Not only did she know, she flew off to California just a few hours before she died. She said she called twice...The night she got back to California and the morning she died....and she was fine. Well, that just couldn't be.

The one big thing that is wrong with the tale Moe told is why he called Taz to check on Anna in the first place.

There's a missing piece and it has to be a phone call FROM HOWARD TO MOE when he was close to the dock.....telling Moe to call Taz. And if Taz said she was okay...why did Brigitte go and check on her further???? ...Cause Taz never checked.

The "She didn't want to go to the hospital bit???? So why did they even call 9-11?? IF she was alive, 9-11 would have rushed her to the hospital so that bit doesn't hold up.

Howard and KE set this whole thing up. The two people who were giving her drugs disappeared from the scene. Amazing timing?? Me thinks not. Premeditated murder is probably a lot closer to the truth.

Two people died before their time and no one cares except Virgie.
