No in the Bahamas... in the Bahamas they actually give the female — even a female grandparent preference in custody matters. Virgie gets custody OQ gets to probate ANS will in Texas and Virgie get the $$$$
I wonder if now that the results of the paternity are out perhaps LB can go back to that judge in California and get custody there and have it enforced throught the Hague Convention. I think he needs to get this out of the Bahamas.

For whatever it’s worth, my 2 cents stands as I stated this morning. Virgie does NOT want custody, but she MUST ask for it, even though she would settle for temporary guardianship (in the Bahamas) and a visitation schedule in the State. As I said earlier....

IMO, Larry and Virgie came to an arrangement that HKS didn’t like, though “he’d have been willing to have had LB take custody”, except he left out the part that says “ just as long as Virgie can’t touch the baby”!!! It’s what HKS has been threatening all along...apparently OQ fully expected it.
HKS won’t allow LB full custody, oh, he says he will, but he won’t if Virgie gets more than he wants her to have. Virgie, on the otherhand, doesn’t want much, and can’t even come to any sort of agreement with Larry, because HKS is forcing her to have to ask for CUSTODY (same as HKS is threatening) just to even be able to hope for freeking visitation.
I’m really ticked off right now, but bottom line... If HKS would STOP threatening to take CUSTODY, Virgie would STOP asking for custody and she and Larry could work out visitation. And if LB wasn’t such a nice guy...he’s stop trying to broker peace and call HKS’s bluff. Work out an arrangement with Virgie, WITHOUT HKS’S INVOLVEMENT, take it to court and if HKS fights him for custody, then BRING IT ON HKS!! BRING IT ON!
