I generally do not post personal stuff - but we had a similar situation in our English family. Father died young - widowed mother with children. Trustee assigned because of “No Will” - assets divided into equal parts -all money put in trust - mother lived off interest until she remarried. Children’s assets released to them at majority age 21.
