She was found guilty in 4 of the 8 charges.

The most compelling circumstantial evidence was her purchase of a the same caliber gun that caused his death.

Garbage bag forensics.

They closed on the purchase of a new home the day before he disappeared.

She was videotaped moving his car - after his disappearance.

She tried to get the NJ Pike Speedy passes for a round trip expunged from her card - cost 96 cents.

I always wondered how she cut up her husband alone. I didn’t think her doctor lover was involved because he seemed to come clean about the relationship... His testimony about how they had oral sex when she was 9 months pregnant was RIVETING...

It was also odd that she was found NOT-Guilty of ‘falsifying evidence’...meaning that the jury found her NOT GUILTY of the evidence that was sent to the prosecutors! The SAME evidence that the prosecutors argued that ‘only the killer would have or know’! I have to believe that the jury thinks there was an ‘accomplice’ or they would haven’t have found HER NOT GUILTY of those charges! The whole trial was WEIRD...and I tend to think she is guilty, but NOT ALONE!
