“” Just for future reference, I want to post something here ... there is still an open case in Broward Co. for probating ANS’s will, started 2/14/2007 by Barth.""

""I can’t see case details without paying, so I don’t know anything about it except that it’s “open.” And, ummm, the judge is Korda. It alarmed me a little because he didn’t get assigned to probate court until after his little pot-smoking incident, which was March 20."" “”

Great info as usual, Rte!! The fact that Korda is the judge for Anna’s WILL, really is tooooooo bizarre for words, not to mention the dates of his eligibility. I wonder how judges are assigned cases?? Can’t imagine its just a typical ole coincidence that Korda got this particular case. As they say what are the odds??

Has Korda ever been a Probate judge before or is Anna’s Will his first case?? If it is his first, talk about an initiation of Fire.

Like you, I’m rather alarmed at this news too, but think I’ll refrain from detailing all the things swirling around in my head.

I hope you kept reading after that. I wasn’t suggesting that case is *the* probate of the will.

I was just very surprised it was an “open” case and has had more recent activity than the mid-Feb hearings on ANS’s burial and, if this had been some other “catch-all” case filed at that time, why it would have had movement on it after March 20 and hadn’t been closed or dismissed.
