ANS’s friend Frankie Rodriguez gave the most poignant view of Daniel’s life in L.A. He said Anna slept usually 3 days at a time, never leaving her room or her bed.
Daniel was left to fend for himself and all he did was play video games and order in pizza for his meals. He said drugs and booze were everywhere - and various hangers-on’s crashing in various rooms - but Daniel was a good kid and didn’t get into any of that.
I thought it was really sad.
She should have sent him back home to Texas if she could not do an adequate job parenting him but pride got in the way I’m sure.
