There may be a desire to dress like a girl but it doesn’t come from deep inside BEING part girl. It is a fetish. And for some like Edward D. Wood Jr., the director and porno novel writer, it didn’t even spring from being swishy. He was a heterosexual male.

I side with those who conclude that a person is born homosexual.As stated in post 49, I think it's complicated.
You said change is rare... but from everything I've read the rate of change is increasing. Word is getting out that change is possible as more people read the stories of former homosexuals.
We all struggle with sin, indeed. One of my main concerns is helping to prevent our most precious resource, our children, from struggling with the sin of homosexuality. What's happening in our culture today is sad, as children continue to be bombarded with everything under the sun at too early an age. It really grieves my spirit.

i do believe persons are born homosexual per ‘the fall’ as set forth in my post.
but even that can be changed by the grace of the divine, however, i believe same to be a rare situation.
we are all tattered in one way or another due to ‘the fall’ but grace has found us and made that which was once a cast off a forgiven soul.

Actually no, it isn’t complicated at all. We, or rather some of us MAKE it complicated. As for homosexuals, it is common sense, and well known, that man was granted free will. The Lord does not drag us kicking and screaming to His will, that is up to us. We can indulge in any number of perversions as human beings with free will. Just because we may envision a fantasy, does not mean we should act on it. THAT is all homosexuality is about.

life is filled with complexities.
the simple gospel of salvation by divine grace is about the only actual issue that can be reduced to such a wonderful, blessed simplicity that even children understand it.
