Thank you very much. We just got home from a 3 hour round trip to deliver Lucky. Coming down our road, Bob said, I really wish you would ask Becky etc. etc. to which I replied, I already did :) He has the information in his hands now.
Off to can mangos and salsa (I have a box of mangos, a box of tomatillos, a bag of peppers and a box of tomatoes) all of which have maybe one more day before they are too far gone.
Yum, mangos and salsa! Have you ever had mango salsa? That sounds delicious. Are there any Trader Joes in your area? They sell out of this world peach salsa. It’s delicious. I could eat it straight out of the jar with a spoon. If you’re interested, I can send you some.
