Don't be silly...when the storms threaten, I'm here. I just can't throw puff ball pings for every tropical thunder-storm. While everyone is acting early-jittery about Dean, the GOM no-name is much closer and more ominous. I'm here, per usual. Just no pings for might-have-a-puffy-cloud-2500-miles-away-in-48-hours.

I can't tell if that's shear or rotation in our "no name" storm. Maybe just a big "puff ball".
Looks like the one in the gulf has really started to blow up...plane going out in a few hours.
