I thought the big concern was Howard's "spotless" reputation? Whether Howard is gay or not has NOTHING to do with the deaths of Anna or Daniel.
Is the judge "reading it right?" I don't understand how Rita is "tampering" with a witness? Witness to what? Anna watching a video?
So what does Howard have on the Nannies?
maybe i misunderstood. I was understanding that it was her testimony in court that she said, over the past 18 months, and it was noted, that she was contradicting her own affidavit.
re: giving the jewels - didn’t a former manager pipe up and say not too long ago he had some expensive jewelry ANS had given him to safekeep still in his safe? perhaps ANS was confused on who she had given it to? (of course, one must wonder why said manager-type didn’t say anything in ‘95 when it must have been in the press, and instead, waited until ‘07...)

Actually, i am not concerned for Rita about this. I think when all comes out - HKS will regret going down this path. I am the ‘other’ investigator that talked with the nannies along with Don Clark.

Howard is extremely worried about the Inquest and quite frankly is doing everything he can to stop the process. That will include thigns such as ‘proving’ the witnesses are bought, threatened, not truthful, etc etc.
Sometimes, you operate on guts...and they're usually right. WE stuck out the Scott Peterson case for a whole year.
Both Daniel and Virgie were concerned about Anna...about the same time. What WAS going on behind the closed doors of the Horizon for 5 months?
The nannies play a part in those 5 months.

Stalkers are one of the more dangerous psychos. Narcisstic control freaks, they have an overwhelming need to ‘direct others’ behavior’, and ‘possess’.

Well, I think i have a clear idea what was going on behind close doors. As for the nannies, I found them believable when I met with them. I still do not believe Nadine (the nanny) that was on the phone with Greta is the real nanny. things that she should have known - she could not remember...

Larry's beaut was "Anna wanted to get married and wanted a 10 karat rock".
Do you get the sense there is a Mafia-type network that HK$ has had easy access to? i.e. the media, attorneys, court appointed guardians, foreign interests, funeral directors, medical examiners, tribal casinos, medical professionals and celebrity pimps?
The network does not appear to include Texans, Southern Baptist grandmothers or a biological father who shares the same legal surname as his deceased son. Is this America?

The whole thing might just be Howard's PLAN to descredit the nannies as witnesses for the inquest.....and scare the hell out of them. Who the hell cares if he's gay!!
