He LIED in it. We need to get this to the appropriate place so the judge sees this or someone needs to contest this!
He is saying basically HE knows and Lund swore to Anna did not plan “expect” more children!!! SO untrue and I have a ton of proof! Including HKS KNEW she did, tried to with Marshall and still did (LKL in 2002 with HKS sitting right there!
Then we have Kimmie, who WITNESSED that same Will verifying ans always wanted more kids. Birkhead and Eric King and Neven. ALL show hks a liar! He even ends with “are true to my knowledge” !!!! He is lying to the court!
Liar liar pants on fire and the judge NEEDS to know this evidence in my opinion.

9. Shortly after Anna Nicole’s death, on February 19 2007, Anna Nicole’s estate
planning attorney, Erie James Lund, who had drafted the Will, prepared a declaration regarding
Anna Nicole’s intentions as of the time she executed the Will. At the time she executed the Will,
Anna Nicole told Mr. Lund that “although she did not ëpert to have any children in the future,
if she did, she wanted them to share equally in the trust created for Daniel under Article II of the
Will.” (See Exhibit C, Declaration of Eric James Lund, ¶ 6; Estate of Kaufman (1945) 25 Cai.2d
Lund’s declaration does NOT match what is in the will. It would have been written that way.
