While Hollywoodscoop.com had the following to say: “...we didn’t want to post it to avoid a lawsuit.
“We just received a letter from Howard K Stern’s representatives, who also represent Anna Nicole Smith’s estate, asking us to cease and desist from displaying or publishing the picture in any way.”

In Dec 03 ANS filed against a website for copyright/trademark infringement and the decision found that there were never any copyrights/trademarks taken out on ANS (what the heck was HKS doing anyway? he’d had since 1998 to do that!)
decision was Dated: February 21, 2004 (the day after the ‘Early Show’)
