HOward tapes a drugged up Anna interacting with a very smart 9 year-old - who tells her father. Father asks Anna for a copy of the tape. Anna promises to provide him with a copy. Howard refuses to give Shelly the tape.

Shelly did not STEAL the tape, he had every right to determine out how his child had been portrayed. She was, after all in a swim suit - Howard could have made a *porn* tape.

Damn right Shelly has every right to that tape. That child is scarred for life. What an awful memory for a child to carry.

It might not be legal for Howie to use a minor without parental consent in such a video. Howie, who has no credibility, should have no rights to anything in the estate. He should be charged in her death.

On my TV, Howie like he was airbrushed or covered with layers of makeup while on Larry King Live. To make him look less evil? (Maybe I need a new TV.) But his lies showed it was the same old Howie.
