A trial might not be good for Opri - she wanted arbitration ‘cause it’s not so arbitrary - but a trial puts LB under oath.

Admittedly, I am not ‘up’ on all the Opri docs however;
what I have read or skimmed, she is an idiot with and idiot for her lawyer too. Time will tell but I get the feel she did not follow standard itemization practices. If she does’t get her act together on the legal front she will lose this with a jury.

She was going to file but... going to declare.. but.. meant to .. but.. now she wants to start over? That isn’t how the law works.
