She was suppose to keep detailed itemized records and time sheets. It appears she is lacking many of those. She wanted to play Hollywood money maker big shot and got bit at her own games. Goodness, she draws up bad contracts to boot! Not only is she a liar, she is a bad attorney more impressed with her past than knowing enough law to protect herself even.
I have to agree with Troup, she doesn’t want to go under oath. Her career is shot so I doubt there is much cutting in time. She should have thought about that when plotting and lying to us. She went above and beyond her own deceit games and now doesn’t like being caught in them. Well, sorry, I have no pity when cons con each other. LB and DO both are liars. Let the devil crown his own, I don’t really care who wins that one.

I have no compassion for someone that deliberately CONNED me! Sitting here in the midst of concern for a baby and a murdered mom and brother and all Opri wanted to do was con us all. That is where I really quit caring what happened to her for her part in evil games.

i utilize corporate attorneys from time to time. i’ve never had an attorney give me a ‘detailed, itemized record and time sheet’
what i’ve gotten is along the lines of, ‘x hours at $xxx/hr, for [affidavit, document drafting, conference call, call to opposing counsel, etc.] $xxx due’
short, sweet, and to the point. I’ve never complained because I’ve gotten the end result I paid for....so did Birkhead. he’s a deadbeat and a sniveling one at that.
He signed on Opri as his agent, and had ‘buyers remorse’ after galpal made some offhand comments on a topic she obviously has no knowledge of. too bad for him.
Considering his proported RE background, do you actually think, that after LB signed a contract as a RE agent, he would sit still and let his sellers contract with a separate RE agent without his commission being paid???? HA! So much for his ‘multi-year experience in contracts’, eh?
Attorneys don’t ‘do’ the amount of work Opri accomplished in two states AND a foreign country ‘for publicity’ and she’s not a first-year lawyer either. Opri has been a well-recognized and well-respected attorney in calif for over 14 years - well-respected!! - she didn’t NEED Larry for ‘publicity’ - it’s outrageous and preposterous for LB to claim she did. How dare he try to drag her thru the same mud he wallows in! Without Opri, LB would still be waving that HGH syringe around crying like a fool with nobody listening.
LB the stalker has slandered every single woman he’s been publically in contact with and some he hasn’t, like Jackie and the nannies - either his first or second mother was a b*onwheels and severely abused him, or his father was a wifebeater, or he’s one of the more effeminate gays that have a deep-seated hatred for women, who are, after all, their ‘competition’ for the men of the world....
Anna was right - he IS a ‘scumbucket’ and out for his ‘15 minutes of fame’ off the backs of others - and he needs to pay his bloody legal bills with HIS money - not that exploited toddler’s money if he’s THAT concerned with what DL is going to ‘read’ in the future!

oh, yes, I agree - barracuda absolutely. my argument failed in saying dl’s ‘father’. i should have said dl’s ‘only remaining parent’. I was thinking that would give her pause to consider, moreso than if both parents were ‘present’, but failed to make clear my point. Good discussion, thanks!! :)
