Darlin', I must disagree. That "vest" sharkboy is wearing is meant to hide his rather unsuitable for real beach middle. As for the blue hair, you are correct. It does look blue. But in surferdude's defense it could be just a reaction to the bitterly cold water or to the pollution therein.
No wonder he stays in the frozen north where no one will notice.

Maybe he got skeert (hieghtdraphobia) of the terrible heights from going to the third floor of some building somewhere.....
