A straw man argument is a fallacy based on misrepresentation of an opponent’s position. Your position is that you are looking forward to Ted Kennedy’s death becasue he is your enemy. He is your enemy becasue he curtails your freedoms. I really don’t want to venture over to DU to try and find quotes, so think about some of the ranting you’ve seen or heard about Bushiter taking away our liberties. With that in mind, beside idiology, how are you different thaan they are if they celebrate Bush’s death?

Exactly so. Your misrepresentation of my position is that the celebration of the downfall of evil is the exact same thing as the celebration of the downfall of good (to give the current administration the benefit of the doubt). You are either a moral relativist not believing in moral absolutes and really not seeing any difference between the two and hence to be pitied, or you know this and are just trying to score some sort of debate point rather than discussing an issue in which case you are just an a$$hole and likewise to be pitied.
