Any of the Nero Wolfe books by Rex Stout. They are older but very entertaining. I have read them all about five times. Never get boring.

I had a mental image of Nero Wolfe's house, room by room, when I read those great books.

Thank you, must be very good if you read it five times. And that was cool the way you put the first chapter in your other post. That’s a great way to see if you like a book because for me if I can’t get right into it I have trouble with the book!
