Actually...whichever they are, they will probably be Commonwealths - in a socialist interpretation. Perhaps, re-assigning current state bounderies, and making the US contain 57 Commonwealths is the “Change” Obama plans. Maybe he made a Freudian slip when he said 57, because that is his true goal.
