I got a handful of drops on my car while driving to a friend’s house in...oh, some village that isn’t mine, so I don’t remember the name, lol. But, maybe it was a bird spitting lol. better spitting than anything else...
All those weather advisories, flood warnings...man...I even bought a cheesecake to celebrate the rain.

killeen only got wind from that storm. I’m pretty sure that the last rain worth mentioning (there was a sprinkle last Thursday, but that was all lightning and and flashy show, and a maybe but probably not tornado...or as the news reporters called it a few days later when confirming that it was not confirmed, a “gustnado”) was with Dolly...it rained for about 20 min one time.
*sigh* at least it cooled down for a while...ah well, bedtime.
Look, it’s actually sprinkling here in Killeen...or at least it is at my house (near Clear Creek). Hope you are getting some too. :)
Yup, sprinkling here too. I’m close to you. Just checked the radar. Looks like we aren’t going to get much more. Still it’s nice. ;)
I normally don’t watch the local new, so I would not have had heard anything. I do read the headlines of the Houston Chronicle, and there was nothing there about this.

It caught my interest because during Dolly CPS was called about 3 boys alone...one disabled. Family evidently come got them before the roof opened.
