Ah, ok. I didn’t get the connection! But who knows, likely she’s just never been to TX and never heard it pronounced, glanced quickly at it and got it wrong, and now she’s stuck on it that way. I’m just majorly surprised no one has corrected her in the meantime! Oh well, if a hurrican hit Mexia or Bexar County they’d get those wrong too!
