Hi, dita,

Answering your ping from way back, way back, way back on the March thread (okay, I think it was a ping from only yesterday - before all the September threads came back to life LOL)

Yes! The boopster lives! Every day - see, I'm pinging *you* to *this* one yorkie posted. :) Yesterday Mz Boop told us it was Thursday, and now she's reminding us it's Friday. :) A cutie, yorkie!

I found her in another graphic today as I was looking for the just the right cutie to post for Tuesday's opening. (not Betty Boop) :)

On Tuesday, we celebrated Native American Day. According to Fish Hawk's Native American Calendar, today is Native American Day. In memory of his great-grandmother, we are celebrating Native American Day again today.

Hey! I recognize that Walla Walla County sign and that autumn tree background looks like the town of Winthrop or Leavenworth.

Been there...Done that :)

Neat holiday graphics again today, Amy. There always seem to be so many on the weekend - maybe that's why I chose to post on Tuesdays. :)

The cinnamon applesauce pancakes sound delicious! (why do I always hone in on the food?!)

Amy, I thoroughly enjoyed creating that graphic of fish hawk’s beautiful great grandmother. What a regal lady she was!

Love that - what a beautiful woman your great-great grandmother was, fishhawk; your poem is such a wonderful tribute to her life and values and the love you have for.

Thank you all for sharing the beauty.

Thank you all for honoring my Great Gram. That pastel picture was done for me by an artist friend that did it off an old photograph. Old gram told my grandmother(her daughter) that she wanted to have her picture taken by a pro who was a friend of the family. When asked why, she said, “so all my grandchildren and their children will never forget where there blood came from”. So the family called the photographer and had the picture made. aloha FH
