Ohhh, those cookies (see, I said I always hone in on the food holidays).... they're very much like the ones
we (my family) call "Sand Tarts", except the Sand Tarts have 1/4 cup powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar, and 1 tsp baking powder and no salt. The other ingredients appear to be the same. I LOVE them! They're also one of our Christmas cookies!
