I'm watching cnn, know he needed to hit a knockout, but voters are being weird right now about the crisis. McCain's getting better review on cnn than I expected after following this thread. They knocked off some points off Obama's ears (the talking heads).
McCain made that crack when asked who he'd have as ? cabinet position. "not you, Tom." I kind of chuckled but the delivery was bad. Obama had no sense of humor at all.
[Obama] voice was as well modulated as Tom Brokaw, but what did he really say tonight?
McCain did hit a home run about Freddie Mac and the contributions in the top, but seemed to wear down.
They are really not saying that much nice about Obama even though they are saying he is ahead. It will probably change by tomorrow.
I had a thought about McCain. What he needs to do. Oh, he's been criticized by someone I yak with elsewhere, "have you ever heard him say anything about the middle class?"
JOHN MCCAIN, GET INTO THE MIND OF THE MIDDLE CLASS AND PLAY IT UP IF YOU CAN AND KEEP IT SHORT ABOUT NO TAX CUTS FOR THE WEALTHY!!! PUT YOURSELF IN THE PLACES, HOMES, SHOPPING, TRY TO RELATE TO THE MIDDLE CLASS!!
WOULDN'T HURT TO TRY TO TALK TO THE POOR, TRY TO SHOW YOU EMPATHIZE WITH THEM SOMEHOW.
AND STILL TRY TO ADDRESS THE ANGER OF AMERICANS!!! JUSTIFY WHY YOU VOTED FOR THE BAILOUT MORE. THEY ARE HITTING ALL POLS HARD ON ABC COMMENT BOARDS.

No, they are criticizing Obama, really surprising about showing disgust in his facial expressions, etc.
